Ive just lost my best job, my source of income, my car, my cat. Ive been so down lately i bang my head to the wall, i punch my head bcoz of all my failures & depression but somehow after few hours i hear this vidoe this music this sound, im smiling again. I feel so grateful to see my 8 years old son sleeping beside me on a comfort bed, both of us still breathing & still healthy. Thank you God & thank you to all the heart that make this video a reality. Thank you ♥️

If you come here because you need that little bit of peace, let me tell you please don't give up. You have to keep fighting. That stronger, faster, better you is waiting at the end of whatever battle you're fighting. It's not the end. It's only the beginning. You have to get up. Despite the numerous times you've been slammed into the ground you have to dust yourself off and ask "is that all you got?" Because you're strong. Know it. Own it. Trust me, I know. And if you have to go down, go down fighting with everything you've got. Never stop fighting. Please. I'm sure someday we will meet and show our battle scars and talk about how we made it. Lord, Jesus, I trust you in all things. I listened to a 40 hz gamma signal on KZfaq that’s used in an MIT study for rats to improve early Alzheimer’s. That was about a week ago and I have not had relief from the tinnitus that developed almost instantly. But God is good and I trust that will be restored and healed. Thank you God for this music. This is really calming it’s help me sleep at night because I lost my grandpa that day and I miss him he passed away I didn’t get to say goodbye and I can sleep will but he there for me and he will watch over me sleep will tonight and gets some rest tho that’s all
