Bhai, namaskar, it's so good to learn such important technicalities from you which are practical n cost effective and above all you really pin point the exact problem Nahi to Bhai u take it to a garage n be ready to be taken for a ride( in short lamba useless kharcha). Also I should thank u earnestly as the suspension ball joint hack thae you showed(injecting engine oil with a siringe) really did the trick for me in my ford ikon 1.4tdci, now the steering feel light which was so hard that I thought of changing the steering rack, you r awesome, thanks once again. Also if u can help me out in my current problem n that is all of a sudden I noticed heavy black smoke when I accelerate, there is no drop in pick up the car pulls fine, now plz tell me how do I diagnose whether it's the intercooler or the egr valve or air cleaner(btw air cleaner may be dirty) or anything else like the maf sensor.... Also please tell if I continue to drive the car with this condition what can be damaged (as I cannot take it to a garage rt now nor I have the convince of doing it myself due to want of space n tools) Please do reply, it will be if great help and please start a live question n answer session so that people like me can benefit from your knowledge. Thanks for the videos i have i20 diesel 2011 model. i have done all the process which u have mention in this videos still i m facing little smoke above 3000 rpm and my car is not pick up very well while AC is on and there is lot of balck carbon in silencer after cleaning inter cooler, inter cooler pipe turbo pipe and egr, i didn't clean silencer. so please guide me for above problems with solution on priority. Does black smoke goes immediately after intercooler cleaning? After how many kms of running the car i can notice the difference? I have cleaned the intercooler and MAF sensor, flushed the engine oil with liqui moly, put on liqui moly oil treatment with new engine oil and flushed the radiator as well and filled it with golden cruiser coolant. Now after running 5-6 Kms i can feel the smoothness. Black smoke is still there when accelerating hard. Will it go away after running few more kms? Mine is Ritz diesel 2012.

I had few issues after clocking 1.3 lakhs in my Beat LT. 1) Black Smoke in high rpm(Above 3000) 2) Mileage Dropped 10-15% 3) Pickup dropped 4) Limp Mode on revving in top gear (Overtake). After restarting engine it will go. After watching all your videos, which was very helpful, I did EGR Valve and Intercooler cleaning. There were some dust and carbon but not too much. This one solved only 1 issue. Black smoke is no more. But mileage, pickup and limp mode issue is still on. In limp mode, Service indicator gets on and engine will not go beyond 2000 rpm in any gear. Once you restart the car this issue will go. I checked MAF filter too but didn't sprayed CRC. There was not much dust on this. I blowed mild air I fixed it. Do you think this has some issue with Injectors? Or should I clean turbo? Please advice. Please make a video on injector cleaning of Beat. Thanks in advance.
