Black Templar tribute | Powerwolf - Amen and Attack

10 жыл бұрынThe Black Templars are a Loyalist Second Founding Space Marines Chapter derived from the Imperial Fists' gene-seed and their Primarch, Rogal Dorn. Their origin can be traced back to the Imperial Fists' defence of Terra during the Horus Heresy. Since that time, the Black Templars have been on the longest Crusade the Imperium of Man has ever known to prove their loyalty to the Emperor of Mankind. They are not a Codex Astartes-compliant Chapter and maintain a very different Chapter structure and Chapter culture than is the norm amongst most Astartes Chapters.
I do not claim any of the materials used to make this video, this video contains fan work and official art from games workshop.

jd bee Wrong, Black Templars are superior, they are not only fleet based, and actively looking for something to stab and shoot. Black Templars have over 10 times the numbers of any other chapter, and they worship the emperor the way the Ecclisiarchy like. They have greater zeal, skill at arms, and unlike the Salamanders, the Black Templars actually get into combat rather that sitting on the side getting civilians out of danger, the Black Templars also recruit proven heroes from the Imperial Guard and PDFs. The Salamanders... sure, they like their flamers, but they never get to use them due to all the logistics work they do, and all the civilian assistance they give. The Salamanders may have greater armour due to their training as smiths, but they don't use them. Also Vulkan left a bit after the heresy, and hid millions of artifacts that will signal him to come back. Sigismund may be dead, but he was an actual badass, and his chapter attempts to be exactly like him: Completely, and utterly, Badass.

So many things wrong. On the black Templars worshiping the emperor. This makes them just as bad as the ecclisiarchy and the inquisition. All three go against the imperial truth. And thus the emperor of mankind. Vulkan hid only 9 items the salamanders have found 5. The Black Templars are a second founding chapter. Like you said they are some of the most zeal compared to most chapters but in thier primarchs own words they were the most zealot of the imperial fist thier founding chapter. Their primarch was Rogal Dorn who is M.I.A

Nightmares Crumble Dear brother, I didn't say Black Templars were the best over all chapter. Merely that they are the best when it comes to fighting Chaos(my own opinion. I say that with experience, of all the battles I fought against Chaos w/ my Templars I never lost one.) remember the vows they could take to make them boarder line OP against Chaos? Blood Ravens are fuckin epic, but in the end... we are all Astartes and we are The Best. For we shall know no fear.

But I do believe the black templars are cool theyre right up there on my favourite chapter list with space wolves and blood angels/ravens. I personally play tyranids so I have yet to play black templars though im planning on getting a second army brutha

Nightmares Crumble The Black Templars are more soo witch hunters than anything else, they hate psychers and the warp, barely tolerating the astropaths they need to travel the galaxy. The Grey Knights are daemon hunters,they employ psychers to combat chaos in particular, they are also a secretly founded chapter most likely inquisition affiliated. Another main difference is that BT are very religious, in the latest codex being the only chapter to see the emperor as a god, and they follow their chaplain over others, the exeption being certain individuals like Helbrect and the old man Yarrick. They are not divided into chapters or other common space marine groups.

The first chapter Master of the chapter was the first Captain of the Imperial Fist Legion Sigismund, when the remaining loyalists legions were to comply to the Codex Astartes edict to divide the legions into chapters, The Primarch Rogal Dorn appointed Sigismund as The Black Templars Chapter Master.

i just realized...games workshop needs to make a game with the black templars as the main chapter...i mean come the fuck on! all of the dawn of war games was blood ravens - space hulk was blood ravens and (something) wolves - space marine the game was ultramarines and blood ravens thrown in at the end - granted yes some games have them as a customize thing but thats besides the point - i want to play as THE templars and bum rush whatever heretic planet we find in the name of the emperor!

I gotta say one thing that is missing in my life is a hardcore Rock/Metal Band that has just 40k Lore as text. I imagine Concerts a quite amazing. Just imagine like 30 people maybe even in cosplay just going nuts to songs like this one. What a Glory to the Emperor that would be.
