@Z3U5 we did need Captain marvel whether it was a good movie or not because if she just showed up in endgame no one would know who she is and she would just be this powerful hero without any backstory. Black widow isn't needed because it's a prequel and isn't needed in any way. I'm pretty sure she doesn't need a full movie because she's dead so it doesn't matter what happens in the film because nothing about her will change. She will always be that badass assassin with a traumatic childhood who dies in endgame and had multiple fans crying. She didn't really have a major character arc but if she is suddenly given one after her death then it may be worse than making captain marvel

Maybe it's hard for those characters to put BUNS in SEATS, compared to bigger, sustained or memorable heros. Bw should have had her movie in the first phases. Cm was cringe compared to ww.

Oh yea, sure this film is going to be better than any marvel movie like Endgame, Infinity War, Winter Soldier ect because of the hype, not. It might be the best but it is very unlikely to beat the best out of 10 years of marvel movies. You wish it was better but it probably won't be the very best movie okay.

Definitely hoping for a Winter Soldier (still my favorite) vibe in this movie, an MCU spy thriller like the Bourne movies or even Mission: Impossible.
