I dig up and transplant a blackberry sucker plant along with the root and take root cuttings to propagate more blackberry plants.

I found a small black berry at Walmart. Yes I accept it if it does die because of bad store conditions. I'm curious on how well it'll do.

@@tracyyoung.Fantastic! They can often recover once in the ground and watered in! I’m excited to see how it does and if you eventually propagate it into more plants thru tip layer another way! Let me know how it goes! Thanks for watching!

Hi there. Thanks for this video. There is a bush on the side of the road that i want to propagate. Canni just take clippings off it and water root them?

I have not tried water rooting. What type of plant is this? Thanks for watching!

Thanks for the video. I'm a back yard gardener in Tucson, AZ. I've been wanting to try some blackberry plants but wasn't sure about how they would do here. After seeing your video I think I'll gige them a try. Can you recommend the best time of year to try, if I can even find any locally. Again, thanks for the video. Gary

I started all mine in spring. You could also try them at the end of summer. If you like blackberries then definitely start growing them! My kids enjoy picking them fresh each summer in the back yard and they are easy to multiply if you want more plants! Let me know how it goes! Thanks for watching!
