I’m on my 4th BBS concert! What a damn rookie I am! I need about 100 more!! I absolutely LOVE their music and stage presence!! Skynard and Blackberry Smoke are THE definition of Southern Rock! Period! Damn incredible!

Charlie Starr is FANTASTIC!!!! My husband and I went to Cinnanatti to Blackberry Smoke Concert October 2023. It was Soooooo FANTASTIC!!!! Hope to see them again. I am 65 and I love all of their songs.🎉😊❤

I've watched this concert dozens of times. It is outstanding. Setlist; each song on the timeline, close-ups of every one in the band. Close-ups so close you could kiss each band member! Sound is perfect. Lighting just right. Good mix of band and the audience. This is a concert and not a concert-show. I'd be hard pressed not to be dancing and singing along out of tune to every song if I'd been there. Enjoy this Rockpalast and WDR production for perhaps the finest of all the concerts on KZfaq of Blackberry Smoke. Just glorious. Merci encore und Vielen Dank.

My brother turned me on to BBS about seven years ago. Drove from Bismarck, ND to Missoula, MT to see them. Friggen best band ever! Love you all BBS Brothers from another mother! This Rockpalast Concert was the first time i saw Blckberry Smoke.i never heard it before.These Boys are on fire,and i am on fire too. Ihave no words,this is only awsome.Best southern rock,all songs are grateful.For me one of the best bands ever.Thanks BLACKBERRY SMOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!

From a fan to fan, look up Atlanta, Cleveland, Paris concerts and clips from Brazil. You'll be in heaven. Go see them live and do a meet and greet if you can. The "boys" are so fantastic in person and outstanding on stage. Best, Lili Kiki = best fan from France. See you at a concert in Europe next time they come... hey, hey, hey...waiting for the thunder to arrive back in Europe!

@@lindathalman3506 Well I've been following them since around the Whippoorwill album. I was immediately hooked. I've come across many of these generic southern rock bands but they all seem to be kitchy and cheesy and not have any real content to back up the style other than trucks and beers and mud and etc... But BBS is the real deal. I live in Budapest Hungary btw. I'm from a small town here. :) It's nice talking to you as well. As you'd imagine not many people listen to this kind of music here in Hungary. XD

Thing is about Blackberry Smoke, they just keep getting better and better, and tighter. They're fast becoming the best band in America. Those Capricorn studio session songs are stunning. They can play anything, they do great covers, and Charlie writes killer songs. All the parts are beneficial to the others. Every musician fits perfectly.

Watched them open up for Tedeschi Trucks last year. Then watched half the crowd leave halfway through TTB. Not a knock on TTB. It's just that the crowd was there to see BBS. Then decided to beat traffic. Been my favorite band for 7-8 years now. Saw them before that, but really realized the potential around 2013 or so.

These dudes have paid their dues, and it has certainly paid off for them. The best band in the world. I saw them a few years ago and the audience ranged from 6 to 80, all singing along and dancing. Truly a band for the ages.

I still remember where I was the day that.. ""Street Survivors"'.. hit the airwaves from Lynyrd Skynyrd... It sounded like a southern wave of fresh air!!!...too good to be true!!... We were all fit to be tied....and I ain't lying..... .. it sounded so great!!!... So the first time I heard blackberry smoke..... I'm thinking this sounds like some Skynyrd and it sent me into a phase of Widespread Panic.... !... Once again too good to be true... And I ain't messi with you!!!

I love this band! Saw them 3 weeks ago on the tour with Jamey Johnson. Got my tickets for Atlanta Fox Theater 11/25/22. Outstanding performance!

SAME! My wife and I were headed to see JJ in Charlotte in August. I left that show adding BBS as my new favorite. We have seen them 3 times in just 1 month. See you in ATL!! Best live band I have ever heard - and I have heard a lot!

Lynyrd Skynyrd is my all time favorite band and when I discovered these guys I was ecstatic. They are one of the most underrated bands around today; every song is good and that's rare for most bands. Wish more bands were this good nowadays.

Over the course of the past 10 years I've seen them 7 times. I seen The Black Crowes 12 times. These guys are carrying that torch Rich and Chris dropped.I might even go so far as to say they're doing a better job of it (I would never say anything bad about the stuff they did but Luther Dickinson though because it was INCREDIBLY good.(especially Live at Levon Helm's(R.I.P.)place... These guys right here are so freaking good man. They truly are keeping good southern rock alive.

@@ziggylayneable I just saw Luther & Cody last November in Ithaca NY. Small club, Monday night audience...really close and intimate show. It might have been the first night of the new tour. Played everything from the new album. They are as great as ever!!

@@hillbillytrump6817 usually as long as it's an outside gig I've never had problems with security once I started getting gray in my hair. Once they realize I'm not a kid they pretty much leave me alone. Unless I'm so drunk I'm bumping into things and falling onto people's blankets if it's an outside show & we're sitting on the grass. I went to a Chris Robinson and new Earth mud show?... Every time it got quiet I kept screaming"FABLES"because I really wanted to hear that song. Plus I was drunk and couldn't keep my mouth shut. Chris Robinson says to me "shut the fuk up this is my show I pick the songs" . The entire crowd laughed at me. So I screamed back at Chris"sorry my bad"....lol

Saw this band in November of 2009 as they opened up for Lynyrd Skynyrd at the Bay Center in Pensacola, Florida. I had never heard of them and became an instant fan after their set. Ran into Charlie and Paul (Paul lived in Pensacola prior to moving to Atlanta before meeting Charlie) and they were the most laid back people in the place that night. Ultra cool to spend a couple of minutes chatting with them. I told them I was new to their music and would be seeing them as Headliners in the near future. I am so glad I was right. I was in the Navy at the time and the base was giving the tickets out for free to service members. It was the only reason I went as while I like Skynyrd, they aren't my first choice to see live. Glad I went!

when we were younger Allmann Brothers and / or Lynyrd Skynyrd were always in our mind, that was before 2000 when BBs were founded. BBS reminds me very much of these bands, Southern Rock with elemens of country music. It is a pity that I became aware of them just recently by chance on You Tube. I put them on my favorite list.

@@johnfrank2114 From my research Charlie was born in 1974. He says Paul is older than him. Not sure of birth date but maybe 3/4 years older. Brandon is most likely younger. So in 2020 Charlie is 46 years old "with 2 kids on the baseball team"; one 23 and the other 6/7 years old. Brit and Richard, do not know... older than Charlie? Best fan of BBS in France, Lili Kiki May 2020 just coming out of lockdown.
