The AOA arrows indicate what you should do with the nose of the aricraft Red arrow points up so you raise the nose (you are fast) Green arrow lower the nose you are slow.

A bug has been reported where exceeding 120 kts with flaps extended will cause the aircraft to roll uncontrollably. Visibility issues in VR have also been discovered and our team is working hard to get all these problems sorted as soon possible. Any news on this?

A hotfix is out apparently. Did hold off buying because of the VR bugs. Probably will buy soon now.

I see you’re having all the same instrument issues with the front seat I am having, plus how long did it take for your front panel to turn on? In its current state, unfortunately this aircraft is unusable for me, especially in VR, where none of the instruments work.

Had the same problem, enter the flight without Vr mode and turn on your avionics, then enter Vr mode. If the front instruments are just static, fly in the back seat bc they seem to work and then you should be able to switch to the front seat and they will work. Let me know if this works
