A pointed scalpel is by far the best tool for lancing blackheads especially deep ones. Slicing a clear clean cut pathway for the capsules or pus to exit the pore means less squeezing is required which causes less damage to the tissue and less pain. This is particularly important in severely infected acne cases where the patient is already in pain.

If so, I like the new naming format but I would still include some type of way to identify the same patient…for times when you create four videos on the same visit I’ve different areas and for when the patient returns and we can be impressed at the great improvement. One tip…in English we don’t say “pubescent,” instead we say “ teenagers.” Teenagers is usually the ages of 13 to 19. Pre-pubescent children are called “pre-teens,” and they are usually ages 10-13.
