When you where taking about participating to spray foam you reminded me of how I react when people say they can't paint, draw, craft. If you want to be good at something you have to practice, people aren't born with the ability to cut foam straight or draw perfect circles. Not every try will result in perfection but it is worth persevering.❤️

I really like the fact that you mention your errors... 'Cause, it's clear for everyone whose doing crafing, that above all the tricks and technics, what we all do on a regular basis is : problem solving !!! So my favorites parts in your are when you explain how you worked on creativity to outcome a bad situation !! Let's not AND NEVER forget the heavenly words of Bob Ross about mistakes !!!

@@Katzztar Clamavi De Profundis has been doing A LOT of awesome dwarf songs! Not only did they do their own outstanding versions of Song of Durin and Misty Mountains, but they've made they're own Tolkien/Fantasy-inspired Dwarf songs: When the Hammer Falls, and Dragonshore! They're all outstanding and I love that they've given the dwarves so much more respect!

Remember how you got that stucco paintjob, because it worked like a dream. Cracking build. Those factory made kits [even with the greatest paint jobs] are far too clean, especially ruins. This piece has a warmth that breathes life into it - irrespective of whatever the inhabitants get upto inside! Fun to watch & I can tell, fun to build.

You're right. This is an especially pretty piece. I love the roof but all of it really. I really like that you change your paint techniques because, for me, I need variable possibilities on painting (I'm the dollhouse gal, not a gamer). So every time you do some other than the dark blacker type stuff, it gives me new ideas. In that vein, your paint jobs are beautiful--proof positive, that one or two coats just does not cut it. I find it takes minimum 3-5 layers to get really cool effects--which is, I think, about what you use. Just did an entire roof in egg carton "slate." (1600 "shingles" to hand cut.) Used maybe 5 colors on it. It looks awesome.

Awesome build. It looks amazing and I like that you took inspiration from the miniatures. I find that when I’m running a game is when I find I need something new for my table. Which is good to inspire, but I don’t want to build things that are game specific, and I couldn’t use in too many other situations. Buildings, however are a lot more flexible. I wanted to comment because I remembered something from back when I was in school, and I would build with my legos to make towns and such. I started to run out of ideas and made repetitive styles of buildings. Then I looked at some buildings from my favorite game at the time. (Elder Scrolls 3) With this, I started recreating things from the game into my other hobby with somewhat of a twist. So if you’re ever in need for some awesome visual inspiration, games like that definitely helped me out with the need to try something new and gave me a fresh look at things. Keep on crafting. Love your work
