THis was one of the favourites of my late mother too. She was a Hindi Pandit who went out of work due to the Anti-Hindi agitation of tamil nadu. She used to sing the whole lyrics. Though a Tamilian by birth, her knowledge of Hindi Literature was phenimenal. "Saawan ka mahina" was another favourite of her. Tears in my eyes.
