FYI - *ICE CREAM* was recorded in the middle of the 2020 covid pandemic. Selena Gomez has lupus, which is an autoimmune disease, as it would have been unsafe to travel she filmed her portion of the video in the U.S.. The song itself was composed by Selena Gomez, Ariana Grande, Tommy Brown and five others. The song was part of the album BLACKPINK: THE ALBUM, which was their first album released worldwide, and has more of a Western appeal as it contains more English and full English songs.

Also I think it was around 2 years after they did this was the first time that Selena had met all the BP group in real life (could be wrong but that's what I heard on a video I watched )

The rappers are Lisa and Jennie, the vocalists are Jisoo and Rosé (pronounced "Ro-Zay" like the wine, not "Rose" like the flower).

Ice Cream was a hit but it got some criticisms. One was that Jisoo got very little parts. Two: the sexual innuendo was too much for some Kpop fans I myself loved it
