Rosé isn't tired, she just literally doesn't know how to sing and the way that she does it makes her hurt her throat. If she doesn't take care of that now, then maybe with time it could get worse, I know it myself because I used to sing using the same technique that she uses and it was really bad, my throat would hurt all the time and I couldn't sing too much in one day because my voice sounded really bad after two or three songs, besides here I think she was sick so that makes it worse.
