I love the village scene in the middle. A lot of animations like this are pure combat, but this one took the time to show us the peaceful life that these people are fighting for. Along with all the unique player designs, it drives home that these people aren't just warriors, they're a community. Fighting for their homes and the people that they love. For those everyday things, like playing with a dog, or laughing over spilled soup.

The illagers aren’t actually bad, they’re just getting revenge on the villagers that banned them from the village for doing adventurous experiments, like experimenting with life and death, which explains the evoker’s attack mechanics and it’s totem of undying, for the pillagers, they were probably trying to adventure and explore new things, and the village forbid it and they should “accept life as it is” and not do anything extreme. Vindicators, ravagers and vexes were probably experiments of the illagers, turning kidnapped villagers into them, and most likely the allay into vex. If the villagers never discouraged them, they wouldn’t have been raided.

@@Raphii0327 You get Bad Omen if you kill an Illager with an Ominous Illager Banner. If you enter a village with Bad Omen, a raid will start. Milk removes the Bad Omen effect, you can use it if you do not want a Raid.

In my take: The villagers and players have set traps including a minefield made using TNT and pressure plates, a forest of cacti, a patch of sweet berry bushes, a tripwire that triggers a piston trap door over a lava pit, and three iron golems summoned by pumpkin dispensers. When the raid happens, some illagers got blown up by the landmines, spiked by the cacti and sweet berry bushes, killed by the iron golems and they even fell in the lava pit. The other illagers, including the evoker and ravager, managed to survive the traps, but were defeated by the players and iron golems.

The golem is the best defense against the ravenger but the ravenger does more damage and has more health.

He actually should be able to take down two Pillagers and a Ravager ingame, depending on how many hits he takes. But, taking on a Ravager after he is already battle damaged will certainly mean death.

I never liked that. Vindicators, illusioners, and evolkers have the same crossed arms but can still seperate and hold shit. They need to give that to the villagers.

@@alexandrearaujo2877 it would be nice to see them use thier hands to break up crops and stuff and maybe hold the tools in there occupation. Some should even hit back and protect them selves. I also never liked you can just steal thier shit too. The new pig men will even attack someone who opens thier chest.
