Harwood is returning home to Blackpool where his performing days began! A regular in children’s entertainment for more than ten years, hosting Radio Four’s Go For It and several television shows - picking up a BAFTA for best presenter along the way - before joining Blue Peter in 2010. More recently, Harwood, features in the popular series “All Over the Place” currently airing on CBBC.
Steve Royle who was last year made a Friends of The Grand Patron is returning for his fourteenth year. Steve is a comedian, radio presenter, actor and writer. He has also supported both Peter Kay and Dave Spikey on tour and was voted “Entertainer of the Year” at the recent Red Rose Awards.
Mark Moraghan has appeared in many British drama series including Peak Practice and Heartbeat. He is most famous for his roles as Greg Shadwick in Brookside, Ray Wyatt in Dream Team, Owen Davies in Holby City and Adrian Atkins in Coronation Street. In 2013, Moraghan became the narrator on the children’s television show Thomas & Friends.
Hayley Kay wakes up the Fylde Coast every morning, along with her ‘on-air husband’ Ged Mills on The Radio Wave Breakfast Show. She’s also hosted School’s Alive at The Grand Theatre since 2002 and works for various local charities; she is also a proud ambassador for the Blackpool Carers Centre, Blackpool Scouts & Girlguiding UK.
Philip has spent the last four seasons playing Dame in the North East. He started his Dame career spending three seasons in sub zero temperatures at the historic Webster Theatre in Arbroath as writer, director and Dame in Aladdin.
Mark James is a 30 year old variety act from North West England. He has worked professionally for over a decade, on land and at sea in over 40 countries worldwide. In February he flew to Ohio to give a lecture for Penguin Magic USA. That same month he performed and lectured at the world’s largest magic convention in Blackpool, UK.
Following last year’s record-breaking pantomime, Snow White, you’re guaranteed another year of spectacular sets, dazzling costumes and side-splitting comedy.
