HI MARK the history lessons are great when walking around BLACKPOOL it is always good to know the history of building s in BLACKPOOL what they were back to what they are now wonderful walks around HOPEFULLY THE WEATHER GETS BETTER also next month IS THE YOUNG FARMERS WEEKEND IN MAY IN JUNE SHOULD BE BLACKPOOL PRIDE WEEK AND JULY THE WORLD MATCHPLAY DARTS AT THE WINTER GARDENS BLACKPOOL IN AUGUST THE AIR SHOW AND PUNK FESTIVAL WINTER GARDENS SEPTEMBER THE BLACKPOOL NIGHTS SWITCH FIRWORKS AND OCTOBER FIREWORKS AND NOVEMBER FIRWORKS DECEMBER CHRISTMAS CANT WALT FOR ALL THESE THANKS MARK FROM KEITH

Thank you Keith I will cover as much as I can. Yes the history lessons I'm no expert. But I like to.no.and learn. And this way I can give information to other people that hopefully we'll find interesting.. But by no means no expert. A nice walk through the town centre..give it 12 months and Barclays bank will be closed like many others around the country. It's all going digital and on-line banking..as for me cash is king...take care Mark

The thing is it's not just about going digital not having to leave your house to go to the bank it's also the competitive rates that the online banking association offer.. In this world there are a lot of people but still want to go to a bank I don't miss them I don't need them but there are certain people that still want to walk into a bank.. Banks of slowly being closing down for many many years. Heavywise thank you for watching and thank you for dropping a line stay safe

The only 2 downstairs bars I can remember were jellies and the other was the yellow submarine. Les Dawson family owned that.

Mr Manchester good evening. Yes way before my time then two clubs.. When I came there in 2003 there was two bars that were on the edge of closing which was heaven and hell and linekers . I used to love drinking in the che bar .. Anyway hope you're okay and we'll catch up with you again very soon

if you look a t the windows on the theatre on the corner there is one that came from the old south train station/ before they NOCKED IT DOWN FOR A CAR PARK /THEN THAT WAS THE END FOR BLACKPOOL

Seems like Blackpool is turning into a ghost resort - I don’t know if it’s me but I just live off from the front prom and I used to think it was a great place but this year every time I go to the front it seems like there’s hardly any people now apart from the locals and a few holiday makers and it’s seems to be only more lively when it’s a sunny weekend or there is an event in which isn’t that often and even then no way as packed as it used to be and it also the town seems to look more worn down this year and needs some renovation especially a lot of the shops - what’s going on this year lol? Do you think it will pick up ?

It's very much a weekend town. Has been for many years I've been here 22 years and the nightlife now only revolves around Saturday nights. I don't think some of it is blackpool's fault I just think it are the people going overseas but I think the main thing it's the cost of everything these days to be honest with you and I'm not trying to protect Blackpool. 12 13 years ago more people about a more bars open there's not so many bars open now because it's not so many people to fill them. And it's got worse since covid but a valid comment it's an open platform and you're allowed to post what you want which is what I want. Once again thank you for watching the channel
