Season 1 Episode 3 of Blacksmith Boot Camp, A farrier students' reality series featuring Heartland Horseshoeing School in Lamar, Missouri. Today is a hard day's work for the students. Some will begin to question whether this lifestyle is something they can manage, or if they need to throw in the towel.
In this episode we meet three more students: Florina from Germany, Weston from Michigan, and DJ from Canada. During his interview, the Canadian mentions that "this is probably the best school in the world to go and do this," and judging by the homeland of each student in this episode alone, he may just be right.
Chris Gregory gives a valuable lesson or two with handling a skittish horse and working with a Noavel Headstall. He also demonstrates some key techniques for the GE 12” EZ Crease Nail Puller that many farriers don’t practice.
