That is the definite way to go . . doc think I'll go back and take chiropractic courses. Can't say I've had any problems for ten years now. . one good blood cleanser is carrot juice. .fast. .

Ever since I can remember, my heart would flutter. It felt like it was scipping a beat and then trying to catch up. Doctors would just say it's nothing to be concerned about that it's just me... Lately though my blood pressure was all over the place from high to low all in minutes. Also, my pulse would drop from 70 to 40 beats. Lately, most nights, I could feel my heat in my throat.. A freind commented on the benefits of black strap molasses that it has lots of iron, potassium and that it helps with blood pressure so I bought some. I literally felt better within days. I swear that I haven't felt this good for decades! My heart flutter is gone. My blood pressure back to normal and so is my pulse. I'm 65 and now have more energy, sleep better and my memory has improved and all that just from 1 tsp of black strap molasses twise a day! 😊

I'm a registered nurse and also study things related to being prepared. I spend a lot of time deciding where and what types of food to buy and I'm always cognizant of nutritional value. I ran across blackstrap molasses by accident and was amazed that it contained 70% of the iron needed for the body. It also has a long shelf life. If something were to happen to our intricate and fragile supply chain this would be very important to have on hand. I thought it could help for any type of slight to moderate blood loss from injuries as well. I believe the value of blackstrap molasses is underestimated. Good info to put out there!

If you're low on iron, you think the body would bleed less. But I have BAD periods too, possible endometreosis and so close to giving up because it has impacted my life. Smh, I really hope this helps.

@@HoneeyBee3 I take it with hot tea a week before my period and durning. you might also have fibroids on top of your endo. im goingto start doing acupunture for my fibroids because someone i know cured hers that way. i also deal with endo but what you eat also makes it worse. stop or cut out dairy and cut back on meat and you will notice a difference. also, the pads you use makes a difference. i use a organic brand called honey pot. The pads are infused with natural herbs. get the super pads for your heavy bleeding. i also do yoni steams with natural herbs before and after my periods. you do the steams and will see a major difference in your cycle all the way down to the color of the blood. the steams make your uterus extract all the old blood which is why we cramp so much because old blood is built up. im not as consistent as i should be but ive seen a major difference. do some resesrch and she what works for you. also get BPA free water bottles because bottles with BPA have estrogen in them which causes fibroids to grow. the fibroids love estrogen. Please encourage people to have their iron saturation levels checked before doing this. I used to take blackstrap molasses only to later find that I have hemochromatosis which for anyone who doesn't know what it is......... it's a disorder whereas the body stores iron and the only way to get the levels down is through phlebotomies. There are so many issues that too much iron in the body can cause..... For anyone who doesn't have this disorder then yes, this is a great product.... just my 2 cents.

Blackstrap Molasses did not affect my weight (did not gain) when I put a teaspoon of it into my morning coffee for a month. Raw Honey on the other hand started to increase the fat around my midsection. Blackstrap Molasses seems to be metabolized differently, like glucose versus fructose. Anyways, I am glad I can have a hint of bittersweet in my morning coffee once in awhile without wrecking my liver.

6 Tbsp provides all the potassium the body needs, if you don't have the time and money for 8 to 10 cups of vegetables. I spread it out over the day adding turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and cayenne. It's 21 grams of sugar per Tbsp a pop has 39, use with own discernment. If you use bread, pasta, alcohol or drink pop your likely over that, it just over 3 sodas worth of sugar. Have you watched his potassium videos, we need serious amounts of it.

I just purchased a jar of unsulphured BSM to use for hair health, but running across this video has definitely been a blessing. I am also severely anemic due to fibroids, and I cannot tolerate oral iron supplements in any form, so I have to have IV iron infusions to elevate my levels. Even with the infusion treatments, it never quite reaches a “normal” level, so seeing that BSM is also beneficial for anemia, is very encouraging. I’ll be starting tomorrow!

Hello 👋🏾 how does it help with hair health? I’m anemic too, I have to take IV iron also for the same reason, but I am having an allergic reaction to it. So I’ll try this for iron. Let me know how it goes for you.

A few years ago, my iron was extremely low due to menstrual issues. My Dr. recommended iron infusions & told me it would take about 3 months to see results. My grandmother told me to take black strap molasses & almost immediately, my menstrual improved. 1 month after the iron infusion, I went back to the Dr & my iron levels skyrocketed. He was in shock & attributed it to the infusion-I didn't tell him about the molasses.

I've been battling Anemia for so long due to fibroids. I've done a lot of research in the bookstore and online to try and find ways to combat Anemia and help reduce or control my fibroids. A lot of holistic Doctors recommend Blackstrap Molasses for fibroids etc. I was so relieved to hear you mention the benefits it has for women with my condition. I look forward to trying it and gaining health benefits. I'm so tired of feeling tired, and I no longer want transfusions for Iron loss.. Use it when you make vinegar. The yeast will eat the sugar and make alcohol in the first step of the process, and in the second stage the the mother will convert the alcohol to acidic acid. This way you get all the good minerals from molasses without any sugar.

It’s the purest form of sugar cane juice. I am surprised to hear from Dr Berg that he thinks it’s a waste product of sugar cane. Surely shows that he has not taken time to research the product before stating facts about it. Sorry that you are misguiding people with your half knowledge. FYI it’s the purest form os sugarcane before adding any kind of chemicals to it.

I am experimenting with adding Black Strap Molasses to my evolving keto-like diet, early in AM in my matcha, I have to say I have felt nothing but benefit and no draw back. it gives me a feeling of relief from anxiety almost immediately upon drinking and it helps me to NOT BE HUNGRY later in day so it makes my IF schedule much easier to implement. I have developing theory that just like there are good fats - there are good sugars and black strap molasses is one of them. I do not find black strap molasses triggers my insulin at all and I am very sensitive, usually feel spikes and crashes super easily.

Using blackstrap molasses along with more products to hopefully significantly improve or reverse terrible quality of life symptoms due to submucosal fibroid and adenomyosis and many many years of iron deficiency anemia. Cutting out coffee and wine - two of my favourite things. Also using fermented cod liver oil, Vitex, wheatgrass, turmeric, matcha green tea, milk thistle and vitamin C.
