Just imagine if there was a destruction physics engine, wood splintering and flying everywhere as musket balls ricochet off of the ship, then huge holes are smashed into the ship sending now very destroyed wood and other materials soaring from one side of the ship to the other as cannon balls hit. Imagine realistic sounds, accurate cannon sounds- the 'shoom' sound as the cannon balls fly over, accurate musket sounds too and don't forget re-loading animations.. So much potential.

OMG THIS LOOKS AMAZING. I swear if some devs can take this concept and make an amazing free roam, pirate, ship battle game i would buy it in a heartbeat. Ever since pirates of the Caribbean online back in when i was like 10 years old I've always wanted a game like this. It should have HUGE boat battles on a huge map with tactical, team work to keep your ship afloat will battling other pirates/traders. You would use the loot to sell for gold from plundering to buy more cannonballs, ship upgrades and other things. One would become a pirate master with a huge 30-man man o war until someone would destroy his/her ship and they would have to start over as a drunken buccaneer. It could have an rpg-like gameplay where you can trade, be a highway man, pirate, good simaritan helping others, and other ways to go about being a straight up badass. I really hope this game becomes amazing cuz i really want a good game like this and i imagine others would too.
