I went to New Orleans in 1989. I can truly say that I met some of the nicest most kind hearted people in the world. They didn’t know me from Tom’s house cat and total strangers invited me into their home. I still can’t believe how nice they were. It blows my mind to know that type of violence was going on. The people I met in New Orleans were so nice that I have been inspired throughout my life to give back the kindness I received while there. I can only hope that the natives can learn to treat each other like they treated me. As a big up to Beatrice, I know call myself Gertrude! Shout out to New Orleans! Brilliant! Cheers mates!!

I met Moe in the 80s in the Willow court with my friends. He came thru spoke to everybody but me and asked "who dis?" My people hurried up and told him who I was and made sure he knew I was good. Back then he didn't play, he stayed on go. But he was good people if you knew him.
