Blade and Soul KFM Tank Irontech Forge Hard Mode

Күн бұрынMy first clear of the new dungeon Irontech Forge, in Hard Mode, with 5 people. Last boss in HM is one of the most challenging fights up till now, I didn't have this much fun in PvE in a long time :D Unfortunately NM is completely faceroll... But HM is pretty tough. I even put 20 points into defense because he hits like a truck (first time I do this in PvE)

@Shiro do you think the current mystic badge u use(skyrift I suppose dont remember the name that boost F damage after comet strike) will it be nice to use for TOI and F20 after we get VT badge? Or it will be more like in every situation VT badge ?

Hmm probably only F20 until full vortex ss, in ToI I think julia one far better

no restraint grab :c. Also why are you using transcendent when cosmic is better unless ofc you have it because later when you get the vortex 8set FS will have a 1min3sec cd o-o?

Hello Shiro, im pretty new to kfm. Is it a good idea to stack searing palm instantly to stage 4 and rf (with magnum badge)? Or is this a dps loss compared to the slow stacking 2rf rotation that you are doing?

It is a dps loss if you have great crit rate already (I have like 90% with BT earring and raven weapon and a base of 64% crit. Because searing palm and proccing it takes time and that's dps loss of not using F. However if you proc searing palm from a resist , don't hesitate to use it or stack it more. Just don't spam stuff like Avenging Fist to try hard searing palm stacking, cuz they're slow. Use it only if searing palm is running out and you need to stack it some more.

With wind build, is it more advantageous to just RF or 2RF since 2 has those damage bonus from the bracelet and SS's (MSP and BT)?

F gets even more bonus though so RF will always be better if you have the ping for it. Soon we'll get julia mystic badge which allows smooth RF non stop though ^^ (like soulburn now)

I've noticed that RF in SB is quite smooth - I just made the switch from SF (after a year of playing it) to the KFM a week ago. So learning all the ins and outs. I can 2RF and RF pretty decently, I've been curious on which is better. I know when activating Tremor, RF is the go-to over 2RF. Thank you for that information, it's very much appreciated and I'm totally diggin' your videos!

During SB (and julia mystic badge later) RF is smooth because it allows you to cast F without condition, therefore you don't need server to register your LB crit, so you don't need godly ping to make RF smooth then.

That's going to be freaking amazing! Right now I've got about 97-130 ping. If using WTFast (and it doesn't crash the game client), I'm pretty steady between 92 and 114. I'm not sure if that's good or bad in KFM land, but I'm-a make it work!

Not much difference and RF needs godly ping. In the future with julia badge, we will all be RFing smoothly though

shiro should i hongmoon bracelet and salvage them into 30 jewels ? since trove is only coming in severalm months :( nice video :) i've only tanked in normal mode as 892 kfm for now 12 run so far^^ but no rare drop :s

8 sec for dps in raids / long fights. 1 min cd for burst like ToI and F20 try hard.

Yes thats true but is it still the same in pvp (1v1) the builds u posted for each match up are they up to date ? and could u maybe give me a hint how to win vs desto/blade dance ? i feel like they are 100% the time immune to my cc :/ ty

Hmm the builds for each class I edited as far as I know, mind showing me where you saw them so I can check if updated or not? :o As for BD, it's hard against good ones who pay attention to your SS LB. You need to use mind games and not just open with SS LB out of the blue easily. Mix it with some 3 or so. About immunity yes they have a ridiculous amount of immunities now which is bullshit, one is their Z (black sword around them), another shield is maelstrom (lasts less but absorbs infinite hits) and they can also spec V for immunity but they lose the aoe pull.

Low cd soul for dps in raid and long fights, and imo in 6v6 too. High cd soul for burst in ToI / F20 / short fights.

idk I just told you which one is better in which situation. Depends what you aim for. If you want and care about high ToI or F20 rank then Transcendent is a must have

Yo Shiro, your sub! Can you explain, how do move left ight, while using 2-lbm-f? For example, moving right: you need to hold D, and using 2 lbm f? Middle finger on D, ring finger on 2 and index finger on F? :D Thanks

Funny you mention that I actually never realized how I do it, I just do it by reflex subconsciously. I tried now to pay attention what I do and it seems I use my middle finger on 2 and my index finger on both D and F because they're adjacent, I can press both at same time with one finger.

Damn... just tried to put my index finger on F and middle on 2, and... even not in the game, its very difficult to stratch these two fingers on this distance, not to speak of playing kfm. Need train them to do a split :D Thanks anyway

Awakened Searing Palm is only use-able during soulburn (warlock party buff skill)

As wind kfm you apply X and RF spam. Make sure to re-apply X at least once every 10 sec, and right before SB ends, for 10 more sec of RF spam even after sb is over.
