I wonder if these skids are more durable than the ones on the 480?

So ive heard about sometimes needing to clean screws of grease from manufacturing to ensure the loctite does everything it can. Is this not necessary with the quick build kit? Looking to make this my fitst heli build, and thanks for the video.

Best practice is to clean all screws with alcohol and wipe with a paper towel always.

I have a question, got some aluminum silver colored screws and red washers,to replace the black screws and washers,are they going to be strong enough to replace the stock screws?

Typically we recommend not using any other hardware than the factory screws when dealing with main rotor / tail rotor components. This is because the strength of the screw can vary by grade.
