I live in Germany. If I am not allowed to open mine knives, I have to send them to the manufacturer in the USA. 6-10 weeks until it's back on, a lot of cost and risk of losing it.

Man I'm from the bush of Alaska and lice in the mountains old school. All those cute little flippers are town biy toys. My knives are fixed blade bushcraft wornin knives thad gitta be big and strong. If the blade aind big enough to split camp fire wood by striking like a froe and skin butxher carve dig pry and fight with they're useless. Better have a full tang to bolster like a real K Bar or Bowie. Gotta chop and carve My knives are used constantly. Those cute little things won't keep u alive if something jumps you in the deep bush . The CKRT ( ,??) Little camp knife with the attached fetto rod abd sharpening tungsten insert in sheath could ve handy. And $35 is pretty dam reasonable. Dandahermit
