+HollowAddiction Couple of questions for you, if you have the time- Is there nothing anyone can do to get out of your juggle? It seems once that starts, it's over. What is the disparity between open world PvP and Arena? In Arena, it seems you have a much more difficult time. After game launch, would you ever do a skills overview/gameplay video explaining how the Blade Dancer works and why you use the skills that you use?

+Bradley Hughes You cannot do anything while you are airborne. except for summoners. they can make their cat's do things while they are airborne themselves. The reason I seem to have a much more difficult time in arena than open world is two things. Mostly that my arena rank is pretty high, so the players I fight are much better at PVP than random people in open world. Secondly, items do not count in arena at all. You can enter the arena with a level 1 sword naked and you are just as strong as anyone else. And, yes that's a good idea, I would like to try to make a video like that.

It is rendered in 60 fps yes, but I don't really understand what you mean by "the speed is a bit higher" the video footage is not sped up, if thats what you meant.

+StavroGavro And, about the NA release, as far as I know, it will open up with the complete 45 patch, as in, POH, LAB, BSH, tower etc. all the 45 dungeons and content. and the 50 patch will come on a later update, in what I hear will be a few months later. Idk. looks about normal to me. fast game :p. hope it doesnt really look sped up, as that was not my intention. as for the smooth gameplay with all the people around, I think that lag attributed to having many people around doing many things tends to be an issue with the processor, more than the video card.

+StavroGavro oh okay, yeah you are probably right. the R9 290x is a 4GB card. runs perfectly with that. I havent even overclocked the video card yet cause ive been lazy and it hasnt been necessary at all.

+StavroGavro why does it do that? It was 60 fps gameplay, and it was recorded at 60 fps. not just rendered on 60 fps setting randomly.

It's just open world PVP and in one of the first NA beta tests. Most of these players have no idea how to PVP yet. Even myself, I have gotten so much better since this video lol. +Michael Fabregas In open world, gear affects your damage. In the PVP arena, all stats are balanced out; items don't do anything at all.

+Michael Fabregas There are a few rewards you can get from doing this. 1.) there are daily faction quests which give good money, experience, and faction experience. One of these quests is to kill 10 players of the opposing faction. This is in the level 45 faction area. so it doesnt count to go kill lowbies or something. 2.) you can acquire prestige points from killing enemy faction players, which can be traded in for faction experience at an NPC.

+joshua harris I'd say you are most likely thinking of the skill called "Lightning Spirit". Blade Dancer can activate it while using the force choke (the move where they choke you in air). Can activate lightning with F key; it prompts you to do so while choking. It looks like lightning coming down on enemy, yeah.

Awesome! Im getting a laptop soon (by january) so ill be playing real soon. Im doing all my research now but so far im really looking at lyn blade dancer and warlock wen it releases in na version. I was looking at blade masters as well but from my research it burst well and is tankish but thay wat makes it one of the hardesy to master but also once u master it , one of the most op classes

+Tir Zyhul PvP If you are talking about the skill im spamming on the large crowd right at the start when i dive down and pull them all in, that is called sunder, its default to your right mouse button. The reasons you dont see that skill used more often are as follows....Generally the cast time of it is very very slow, using sidestep like i did there, boosts the speed to what you saw there. without the boost, its terrible.....it takes an amount of chi that is not worth it at all in 1v1 pvp, in that situation it was good because i was able to cc them all and then use enough sunders to proc a skill bound to F, you can see it proc on screen which restores chi. its the big overhead smash....Also in general it doesnt do as much damage as you are seeing there, but I had skill points put into it specifically for doing aoe damage for group pvp like that, so generally speaking, in 1v1 pvp that skill is useless and impractical.

+HollowAddiction also, remember this is open world PVP, so items count. that skill in arena, where stats are balanced, does terrible damage.

+Rodrigo Garcia A friend of mine is from Brazil and he played in NA beta test with me. The ping is not too bad for him. Just use the program called "WTFast" while you play. It helps keep ping low when you are playing on servers that are far away.

+rdN when you are about lvl 5 you can choose cerulian or crimson orde. Just dress up and start fighting. Real PvP at lvl 15, press F10 (or F9) dont quite remember now^^

+rdN start playing at around level 20 since at level 15 you have almost no combo potential. at level 18 you get the airborrn attack which is good for combo chaining
