BladeRunner 2099 TV Series And Futurama Reboot Coming 2023!

Күн бұрынOver at Amazon, they are working on a sequel series to Blade Runner 2049. This is going to be a TV series that will followup the original Ridley Scott film from 1982 and Bladerunner 2049 that came out in 2017. Also, HULU announced they are bringing back Futurama for a revival series. I was not surprised of this at all considering pretty much every adult animated series seems to be getting a reboot or revival these days. So far we know that the first season will be coming out in 2023, it will have 20 episodes, and all of the cast is on board to return for the show.

For the Blockbuster show, I really can see them doing it like the Office. Sorta like a film crew wants to tell the story of the store and see what makes people love blockbuster so much. It realy does 2 things for it. It sorta gives a inside look at why people love the store so much, and gives you a employee perspective - albeit, its a comedy and these arent real employees, but still.. I know that even Randall said he's excited to do the show cause he loved the store growing up.

and then every artist drew Blade Runner teaming up with the cast from the Marvel 2099 series XD, I'm going to wonder if the Reboot will acknowledge the finally as well key pass events as well as if they continue the fan made Futurama special for a few episodes at the end of its season

@@RetroCrunch seems as of today Bender's VA is on board for a return \8D guess he needed to square away things before returning

For me, I do not need/require another Futurama Reboot. The last reboot and the last episode of the reboot was a perfect ending to the show...for me.

I'm very excited for Blade Runner 2099 I wonder when they going to start filming. I'm a huge Michael Jackson fan. Many Filipino fans love him. Michael came to the Philippines two times already his last tour in the Philippines in December of 1996. Filipino fans know about his death since June of 2009. I just felt it about his death it's so sad. My favorite Michael Jackson song is Thriller

I was in hawaii when he came there in the 90s and I was like, ahhh, ill see him one day.. I never did and I hate I didnt go to that concert! He's great and I loved his music and short videos growing up. Miss him tons.

@@RetroCrunch Michael is the king of pop and he will never forget his fans. Especially when he was here in the Philippines two times. We don't care about his controversy because he never did wrong. I can not wait for this movie

Ya, I wonder too. Maybe hes a holdout for more money, or maybe he really doesnt want to come back. Either way - wont be the same without him.

Blade Runner = never seen, Futurama = don’t see why they did this when it’s had 2 revivals & Bender is currently in the basement of The Simpsons, The Last Blockbuster = Interesting but why?, Michael Jackson Biopic = would love to see them do/talk about “Do The Bartman” & his appearance on The Simpsons & Did you hear the News about the passing of Ivan Reitman, R.I.P Mr Reitman

I just read about his passing in some news this morning. Just glad he got to see his son make GB Afterlife. I know Jason is glad his dad saw that.
