Andy said he would turn in the people they recruited into espionage and those that came to network to find espionage deals. He made sure that people would follow rules and guidelines when recruiting people to make it clear that the future of this was uncertain, and it is illegal and though they might say it is for an operation, that it could be an operation using them being shitty. I know he saw it then and tried to work with others on this one even if those people were full trash espionage themselves. Others saw too.

I understand wanting to give people difference due to their situations and circumstances on how they got themselves in the situation and everything that surrounded that. I don't understand wanting to abuse these people anyway on a day to day basis for no reason what so ever even if they never will take part in anything like espionage. People are hard at abusing random people for no reason even if they are diminished or are always grouped on. The same people are locked up against turning in actual things because of feelings towards the same people they abuse. It makes so sense. the abusers are broken.
