@@cantesito6043 Remember that Saint Swiya sucks in North America because of the dub and censorship. They weren't able to watch the real show with all of it's violence, gore and writting, which is a shame, because I think it would have fit nicely with other anime like DBZ.

I had the 1987 one in the NES i can tell you that back then the game was huge and spectacular it followed the story accurately it was superb 10/10

There really needs to be a saint seiya all stars arena game (not a fighting game with arcsys because they’d only put 20 characters), but a full arena fighter done by cyberconnect2 (the Naruto ninja storm developers). So my idea for this arena fighter would be…the best characters from the original manga/anime, lost canvas, omega, saintia sho, soul of gold, next dimension, and the 5 original movies. Just select the best characters out of every place, and have an awesome 60-70 character roster. I say this because doing the original anime stories is already kinda tiring (see the last 3 console games). So an all star type game with the best characters from all saint seiya franchises, would be fresh and amazing.

@@wilhempatrickmbassinzie370 I forgot about those tbh. But it'd be awesome to include them as well. I just wish we got a Saint Seiya with more spin off and manga characters. It is tiring to see 12 temples saga over and over in almost every game. Probably why Hades PS2 was my favorite game, because it only focused on the Hades saga haha.

saint seiya hades was actually a preety good game from what i can remember it was really fun even if the roster was seiya shiryu hyoga shun ikki seiya broken cloth shiryu broken cloth hyoga broken cloth shun broken cloth ikki broken cloth seiya old cloth shiryu old cloth hyoga old cloth shun old cloth ikki old cloth seiya sagitarus cloth shiryu libra cloth hyoga aquarius cloth oh and also these other characters xD

i played the first 2 games on NES and they were quite fun, gave me several hours of entertainment. currently own the hades chapter on ps2 and brave soldiers on ps3 and they are also pretty good. looking for soul soldiers on the ps4 but it's quite a rare thing to find, since it's not available as digital version in the PSN store.

Saint seiya online's date is wrong, it launched on may 16, 2013. I know cause I was there, it only had small tests before that date. The rest is great, cool video!

Canvas is great Omega could be worst, it's better than Saintia Sho in my opinion, for Omega, the animation isn't that bad, people aren't a big fan of how there are new characters with cloths that are now in different forms and for some reason there is hardly knowledge about the original saint seiya that has been adapted to Omega such as the new characters learning about the previous gold saints which is what I'd love to see. The story isn't too bad but I found the war against Pallas too cliché

Well, thankfully Netflix now has the full 114 episode anime in Japanese with English subs and a brand new complete English dub. Glad that's finally changed. Also, Viz has had the entire 28 volume manga available digitally for the last few years. But yeah, a lot of stuff is less available, sadly. Here's hoping that changes.

It's difficult to find Saint Seiya content. Even for me who understands both English and Spanish. I do know there's the Saint Seiya awakening game available for most people. The Saint Seiya Netflix adaptation is something, but it's definitely not the best in my opinion.

@@deathrider8984 para que solo metan 20 personajes y 10 dlc. Saint seiya jamas funcionaria con un juego asi. Hay demasiados personajes qhe la gente quiere ver en un juego, y en un juego de peleas 2D (como los que hace arcsys), tendrías que dejar a MUCHÍSIMOS personajes fuera. Solo habría cabida para los de bronce, los dorados y 4-5 villanos. Por eso es mejor un juego de arena como Soldier Soul, donde se pueden dar el lujo de incluir hasta 60-70 personajes. Y aún así Soldier Soul dejo varios fuera. Imagínate las quejas con un juego 2D. Ya de por si en Fighterz, andan llorando porque no están Raditz, Dabura, Goten, Trunks niño, Bojack, etc etc. Al fan casual no le importan los combos, le importan los personajes. Y la gente casual es la que compra. Mis amistades se aburrieron de fighterz por los pocos personajes, y andaban más emocionados por Kakarot.

Soldier's Soul was awesome especially since it had the God Cloth version of the Gold Saints from SS: Soul of Gold as unlockable characters.

The PS2 ones, Senki, Brave Soldiers and Soldiers' Soul are fine. Saint Seiya Online is pretty nice too, even if it was a Chinese-only MMORPG.

Because Bandai(with the licenses) just make good games if they are dragon ball or naruto. Just see boku no hero, seven deadly sins and Saint seiya games.
