Incendiary Bomb is what lets him throw it and it helps a lot cause you don't have to run directly into danger to place it down where you want it. It honestly should have been base kit. It drops from swamp walker hard mode. Appreciate the video.

Just so you know, it's not 14% per flame zone, it's just added to base crit. His base is 20, so when you add 14 it becomes 34, and with +200% crit from mods it becomes 102. I have a reactor with 31% crit, so for my mobbing boiled I can actually drop one crit mod and still have 100% crit with three zones. I advise people who have crit rate reactors/sets to keep this in mind.

Upgrade all your green skills to odd numbers. They all round down so you can fit a little extra power without using more limit.

Yea but with this I feel like you need either a little cdr or a little skill extension to make it work effectively against a colossus while it’s immobilized, I just tried to make this build as close to just 1 shot as possible for bossing, definitely can be made to be more efficient

Be aware this is pure glass cannon build for nuking bosses, I don’t recommend this build for general play as you will die a lot lol

@@CdoubleG 100% a hybrid build. I feel like all Blair’s would use a hybrid 90% of the time and then can switch over to a skill power boss build which you just showed for colossus. That would be lit 🔥

If you want a gun based build go for the backdraft like mentioned in the video it increase weakpoint damage and atk I use it you can do every boss with it since you more use your zones for DPS

Tnx for the guide. Btw If I'm not mistaken for Enduring Legacy must work all elements debuff and in the wepon description shows only for fire coz if you look above (Status Effect Trigger Rate corresponding to the elements ). Correct me if Im wrong))

oh yes it works with all elements as stated, i just said "fire" as it applies most to Blair because he does extra damage with his abilities to combatants who are burned

Build doesn't have enough cooldown reduction. You can get the fireball down to a cooldown of 10-15 without too many sacrifices and down to 5-10 by making some more significant sacrifices. Even if you lose a bit of damage you are still using it more often.

I agree with both I rather do 5 mill in way less time so I have 3 builds with Blair. But I rather do crazy damage against the bosses. Also backdraft is amazing btw. Again eternal willpower crit damage is insane try it bro

The sniper isn’t super important, you just want to make the bosses crit spots yellow as fast as possible you can use snipers or anything else, you just want to immobilize the boss for the extra 50% skill power

im playing him currently aswell and im looking in the difference in skill power and skill power modifier. his C may be worth it for another playstyle based on the burning ticks. because they have low skill power modifier and if the C skill counts 23x3 if you absorb 3 flamepuddles its actually a hefty boost in dmg for the ticks. But i did not the math and i think it depends heavily on mods and playstyle

What do you mean his C? His C is what’s used to absorb the flame spots and it doesn’t matter is you absorb 1 or 3 it’s always the same buff

Uhm okay pretty sure anything melts bosses (typically even faster) with this much invested in the build. Maybe they will give blair some buffs in the near future he feels like he should perform better than he does.

Yes you are correct, at least for non support characters, just showing potential of Blair since he doesn’t get a lot of love, he definitely needs a buff if they’re not planning on nerfing anyone

How do you have so many module slots cut in half, I thought you can only prestige 8 times? also I didnt know you can get 85 capacity, I’ll definitely be grinding for some of these modules, this is a sick build.

i never heard of a limit you can "prestige" if im not wrong you can do it as many times as you want to change the mod slot, and they are cut in half by me matching the symbol of the mod when i "prestige"

so after a ton of testing, the mod is essentially the same... technician WOULD technically be better if they went up to the same percentage boost, but since dimension goes to a higher upgrade percent it evens out, if you want specific numbers, dimension specialist is better by exactly 6k dmg at base and better by 40k dmg with this build which is very small

This is just speculation but I wonder if the crit is working similar to Valby with Supply Moisture, which adds 20% crit to the BASE crit of her skills and weapons. So, it might just be adding 14% to your BASE crit which then gets multiplied by your % crit modifiers, I'll have to test it out

Great build, but you are much better with a sniper than most are, just saying. Alot of your damage was done with sniper. And i suck at sniper, so not a build for me. but again, great build and video

no, its not about the sniper... its about making the weak points yellow so i can grapple on them an immobilize the boss so i get the 49% extra skill power, you can do that with any gun, i just chose the sniper

@@MrEasy-ne4mh yea you have to go to the computer to the right of where you spawn in and make it a lvl 100 enemy.... otherwise your numbers dont reflect hard mode content.... i hit over 22mill on a lvl 1 enemy...

If your using the big fire ball skill modifier % is only adding 76% to 6.9k so might be better off adding some base damage if you goal is to nuke with it You're adding about 1.1% damage to the 4th ability

@CdoubleG So you want flat Skill Power over Skill Power Modifier. SPM is really good for DoTs (finishing up a build with massive crits and strong DoTs with Classic Chef) Focus on Fire is good for fire SP and CDR. I forget what tags certain mods have, but anything with SP% should do the trick. Also, your passive adds to your BASE crit chance of 20%, in case you didn't know. So 3 flame zones makes your base crit chance 34%, then it gets the multiplictive bonuses from things like Skill Insight, making it easier to reach higher numbers

@@BobicusRocketus so yea we tested this yea skill power gives you more benefit, but the thing is you get more percent on something like the dimension mod than on something like technician, they literally even out with like a 10-20k difference

While i like the build and how it works, i just think Blair is so far behind other characters and so unnecessary setup dependand with Q being Melee. It honestly just feels not good compared to how other characters play for bossing.

@@imagineenjoying6664 I agree, Blair is in a horrible place in comparison to other descendants, but the fact that they don’t want to nerf the better descendants makes me think that they’ll be buffing lower tiers so I’m honestly so excited for that. Because we should be able to play whoever we want without being punished for it
