I agree. All of his songs are amazing. But, this one, for me, is his best ever. His very 1st song & his greatest of all songs too. I love God's Country, & all of his others too. But, hearing him sing this one, is no different than hearing George Jones sing with that tear in his voice singing He Stopped Loving Her Today, etc... Blake really should do more songs like this one. He has such a great voice, has the ability to sing with that tear in his voice sound that The Possum was a genius at doing. I am positive that Blake would be able to ace a Jones song blindfolded so to speak. I would love to hear him sing a Jones song.

I love this song. It's so beautiful and romantic that two people can love each other from a far. Then he has a few cute voicemail recordings and he sings it almost as great as the day he sang it in the first place Age has a tendency to creep up on you, but he still sounds good to me.

This was the very first song that introduced me to BS. I remember driving around Town with 2 of my gf's and told them they must hear this song. We played it over and over for about a year every time we were together. Great memories. Till this day, this is one of my top 10 fav of all time songs. This was a wonderful surprise. Goose bumps. Tamra Deevers He is truly special. I don’t think he has had the recognition he deserves. He has a love for country music and his performances show how he feels. He has a good ear and instinct for picking hit songs but he hasn't written a lot of them. I would have a hard time picking a favorite one.

Love this song before he was so huge lived in Okc and had a girl Tammy move to Texas and this song hit hard every time I heard it. Great career for him.
