I won tickets for a Blake Shelton concert in OKC from work back in 2016 around the same time we found out my husband had leukemia. His concert was AMAZING. His music makes me smile and gets me through a lot of tough days. My husband of 27 years is fighting & winning his 2nd round of leukemia so I need Blake to keep singing his wonderful songs about love, faith, home and good hearted humor.

Shoutout to Blake and Gwen’s love! He would never put out anything that would hurt anyone, especially country fans! He WAS that guy on minimum wage trying to break into country music! If you’re offended, don’t listen to it, but I will! I started out lower than minimum wage many years ago, but I worked for 37 years to be able to retire comfortably! Thanks to Ronnie Dunn for setting things straight and having Blake’s back!

Never in modern history have we had the issue we have now, and this pandemic has just fueled the flames of cancel culture and affirmative bias. Folks sitting at home wearing out the pads on their keyboards, all to feel some semblance of self righteousness. If you are that desperate for attention and confirmation maybe go out and do something good, be recognised for helping someone. I don't hear the woke mob up in arms about rappers living on the streets gang banging while rolling in million dollar lambos, or any other artist that uses metaphoric language. Music isn't always just about the words, it's how it makes you feel. It's a state of mind that affects everyone differently.

I love it that weak people were triggered by that song. Those people are miserable and they love to be miserable. They spend every waking moment of their meaningless lives looking for reasons to be miserable. If they can't find a reason, they'll manufacture one. They don't matter.
