Wallpapering over the cracks. Consider the dramas ATM. A dysfunctional board that needs 2 board meetings to sack a coach with Maguire & Seibold it was immediate, a recruitment and retention system that has failed see Reynolds, Keary, Taafe etc , a faltering pathway system, a CEO who believes the players dictate the direction of the club. ( see Blake Solly Oct 2023 Sam Burgess press conference). A CEO who aligned this club with inner city elites politics. So tell me Blake how did that work out ? No one has mentioned that as soon as Blake Solly engaged a management consultant that's when the troubles started. As a long time member of this club I wish we would start concentrating on winning games rather than all the fringe rubbish the CEO has us involved in.

@craigstrath well said sir I've been so frustrated as to whom is signing off on these decisions, don't forget Dom young and Josh addo car was coming too and only 3 seasons ago Alex.j was getting sacked ,we need a complete board clean out ,bring back richo ,Wayne and Sam,and Adam will be looking for a career too make it up to him and put him in the club somewhere too he was a jnr who bled for the club ,joint has been a dog's breakfast for far to long now .

Stupid smirky grin.from mr Solly don't believe one word he said.HE NEEDS TO RESIGN ALONG WITH ELLISON. Time to clean out the OFFICE. Mr Crowe step up and for gods sake do something about this . This whole saga has destroyed South's. 2025 complete rebuild . Certain players need to GO 2026maybe top 8.
