Hi Eamon, sure, Google My Business will connect with outside review services to display views like Facebook, Yellow Pages, Groupon, Trip Advisor, etc. Many times businesses have slightly different names or addressed between their GMB and these directories. If they are not connecting, then this needs to be looked at. If the business isn't on those directories, then they should be (which directory depends on the biz industry). They also need to collect a few reviews on each to boost credibility when potential customers see the GMB. Additionally, I was just Consulting with a biz owner that owns a restaurant and GMB was pulling a "critic" review from Zagat and displaying on GMB. I'm only saying that because restaurants may have different review sources that can be displayed.
