I've had a look, but they seem incomplete (not much for CF) and a bit off in some cases. For example, Ragna vs Izanami is translated as "You have a greedy look in your eyes", but I'm quite sure the actual meaning is more along the lines of a "desperate / wistful / sad look in your eyes", which makes sense as they're siblings. Not that I'm perfect of course, I'm just a hobbyist really.

Yeah any mistakes I make in these I always just append them with youtube subs; 0:02 & 0:34. No one's perfect ;_;

Celica is poison to him. As an evil spirit, simply being close to him weakens him and threatens his existence.

Celica has an ability that can clear out seither around Her (the radius itself is pretty big too) and since Terumi Himself made out of seither from the Cauldron, Terumi will become weak and sick around Her that it can even negate His ability to do anything. This is why Kokonoe brings back Celica so that Terumi can't fight back while the gang beats him up. ( Look up Blazblue Phase Shift Light Novel if You want the source, and want to know Celica better)

Terumi is like an evil spirit if you will his original body is Susano'o but for a time he possessed hazamas body (who if I'm not mistaken was originally Kazuma kval) and sooner or later he gained a seperate body which developed its own will and feelings with hazama sorta being the base for it

Hazama’s body AND kazuma’s body were based off of how terumi looked most likely, and terumi has green hair cus he wanted green hair lmao. when your body is made of a seithr you can really just do anything with it, + Terumi’s original body is what hakumen’s soul is in, that white armor. Hazama and Kazuma were created as vessels for his spirit so that terumi could exist in the normal world without being in the susano’o unit.

In Terumi's case, since he is an evil spirit, her powers are directly dangerous to him, this extends even to Ragna's Grimoire, when she's near him, he cannot see from his red eye or move one of his arm.

She nullifies seithr, or however you spell it. Terumi’s spirit body is literally made from it, and it directly affects him negatively, even making him feel sick. It also affects ragnas arm.
