Well, story wise those people never really have any relation with Litchie. Bang, Tao, Carl, Relius, Hazama, Sector 7 And Arakune is the one that have any kind of relation with Her. Never seen Jin or Noel Interacting with Litchi aside from Gag reel and teach me Litchi (which isn't canon) while Ragna got minimum interaction even then it's regarding His Grimoire.

Jin and Hakumen are the same person and is in love with Tsubaki so it's understandable they wouldn't be concerned with the person they might have met twice combined. She's also Noel's friend before joining the NOL so again understandable she's not shocked at Litich's part since they haven't actually met yet. Ragna's focus is on his hated enemy Terumi and Rachel is mostly indifferent to all of them. Literally not a single person there knows her.

Jin doesn't really wants to kill Ragna, and Ragna doesn't really hates him that much. Jin wants to kill him because he is a danger to "order" And Ragna just can't really forgive him for cutting his arm

Besides what was stated earlier, Jin also kickstarted his character development in Continuum Shift which led to him being less "trigger happy" when it comes to trying to kill Ragna. Since Yukianesa was also fucking with his emotions for most of CT & CS, until he basically dominated it with Willpower.

Mu-12 is The Sword of The Godslayer who was meant to destroy Amaterasu! And what about other antagonists like Relius Clover & Nine the Phantom/Great Sage?? Those two are both one of the Ten sages. Relius Clover was truly a villain while Nine had reasons for the things she did.

This was the original VA for hazama before CSX came out... Don't know why, but somehow they got Doug (gins VA who looks similar to hazama) to voice hazama... Not many liked the change at first, but we got over it. Tho I did like this VA for hazama since his laughs and way of talking sounded so fitting.
