We need to emphasize that although Claploop is purple grab, teching is not a way out as you meet the unblockable clap afterwards and Carl will meet you in the air again with another grab.

Back Then i was looping alot lol. The hard thing is when they tech your throw,you need to react very fast which isn't easy at all. This loop was damn hard to pull of when they tech or not. Miss those days

I remember I wanted to try out Calamity Trigger one day, so I downloaded it and opened up character select. I chose Arakune as he is my main and I wanted to see how he was back then. ...The amount of raw disgust I felt when I did _one_ D move and curse activated was enough to turn the stomachs of even the most ironclad of men. Then, when I learned you could reapply it, I felt nothing but pure sadness towards those who had to put up with this bullshit back in the day. How in the fuck was this character ever made.

Calamity Trigger burst system where which would empty your barrier for the rest of the round putting you at a significant disadvantage and it could be baited on reaction if you were very attentive since they were kinda slow.

Honestly you could have made this video just about Nine the Phantom and it would have worked. I have no idea what Arcsys was smoking when they gave a character a high and low projectile that can create an unreactable high-low mix-up with the proper set-up, in the same game where they nerfed literally everything about other perfectly fine characters like Ragna and Tager

Or get good and learn to block her layer 1 stuff (basically rock),because Nine isn't even a top 7 character in the game. Also there is no correlation with Nine and Ragna, and Tager being nerfed. Plus Ragna is still a good character,so i don't know why you are complaining.

@@rachetmarvel931 Ragna was considered better in the previous game. CF gave characters a lot of weird/gimmicky tools (like Wedge Catapult) and used that as justification to make other tools worse (like Gadget Finger sending the opponent further away, or nerfing Gigantic Tager Driver's damage)

While it isn't broken *good*, Taeger in CT was garbage tier, ESPECIALLY since you could CROSS HIM UP IN THE CORNER.
