I go back and forth on feeling sorry for him. It sucks that the people he trusted knowingly destroyed his entire legacy for their own power. At the same time, he’s gotten rich via “public service” while doing enormous damage to the country in the process. He also admitted years ago after having multiple brain aneurysms that he’d be forced to retire younger than most because of it. Instead now he’s very aggressively making massive changes to the country that the public is overwhelmingly opposed to, like the open border. It’s a little tricky to feel empathy for a guy who has inflicted so much damage to America and our allies around the world, especially when that damage is about to multiply again due to the open border, weaponization of justice, nuclear Iran, and massive war in the Middle East that could easily turn into WW3, just like Ukraine.

Russia has every right to accept an invitation from a Caribbean sovereign nation for Russian navy vessels to visit its shores, especially while the USA seems to think that it's okay for its military to creep ever closer to the borders of sovereign nations such as Russia and China while simultaneously planting unwelcome military bases in Libya, Iraq, Syria, most of Europe, numerous African nations and at least half of eastern Asia.

I don't understand why is one network allowed to have like copyrights of a debate? And it's not accessible to the public? It's like, a Disney film, or some form of entertainment on Disney + or whatever. This is a major part of our elec_ process and it's plays a significant role in how Independent minded folks v for the next leader (of the once was free world). And CNN gets to claim ownership? The primaries I never cared for, because none of them had a chance, none of them matter, it's basic math and they don't have the numbers. But Presidential Debates are always open to the public. I really liked this debate format with the muting of the mikes. It caused Trump to be more poised. I also (believe it or not) thought that Jake Tapper and Dana Bash did a good job on the questions and cutting off the candidates when it was time. Plus the fact that they didn't interrupt or correct the candidates. I especially liked when Biden mumbled through his answer and Tapper just said "Thanks Mr. President" and moved on leaving Old Joe's swinging incoherencies in the wind.

During this debate the rules allowed both candidates to take notes on paper. They weren’t allowed to bring prewritten talking points with them. Yet every time a new question was asked you could see Biden flipping pages and moving his page holder down to the next question so he could read the notes on what his answers should be. These so called “moderators” not only gave him the list of questions ahead of time but they gave him the exact order of questions.
