This doesnt matter, GTA IV is still the most realistic game in the franchise with its physics and storyline. Also women still dont asking you for hooking in GTA V if you broke :)

In Gta vcs you can make pay n spray be free if you complete thr impond missions for 3 level and one for sea impond

Just spraying is free, but if you get a little dent in your car they'll replace your whole engine

@@Notorious_1 it's actually possible to have the cab repainted inside a paint and spray.. Though it is much more possible to literally repaint it with a different color in San Andres using a transfender

In GTA 1 (and London), when you enter a garage with no money, the message will come up on the pager "COME BACK WHEN YOU HAVE THE MONEY" ("COME BACK WHEN YOU HAVE THE DOSH" for London).
