Blaziken at level eight kinda feels like both urshifu’s put together cuz one move set is slower but deals one big lot of damage and the other is quicker and deals a heap of damage over time I love the playstyle of Urshifu so I’m looking forward to blaziken it looks so fun. Time to save up coins 😂

Another cool little detail is his stance changes depending on which move set you’re using

im genuinely excited for every single move! blazikens kit just fits in so nicely together! if i had to pick one, maybe blaze kick. stuns and slows is so nice

Honestly I think getting level 8 unite scares me but I feel like energy amp will still be worth it as a third item with razor and weakness policy because Amp gives you passive cdr so you can now stance change more often and get it's unite buffs more often and I feel like if you opt to stay in the punch moveset the cdr with blue buff would help a lot so you have fire punch up more often and whatnot

I an defiantly most excited for Focus Blast. Besides Dragonite barely any all rounders get any ranged moves so it is nice to be able to get so more reach with an all rounder

why no one talking about how the walking animation is different for the stances?

I like focus blast coz it really makes him all rounder 1 he can pokk 2 he can secure 3 he can chase 4 he can kite 5 he can stun 6 he can run 7 he can heal on his own That poking ability was missing in many all rounder I am very excited for playing this mon I want this mon so badly

The best build will be razor claw, attack weight and bangle or focus band calling it now! Super fun looking mon and even if it’s a little busted it has a high skill ceiling so I don’t mind honestly!

This pokemon is going to be so fluid to play!

I honestly want to try the focus blast + fire punch combo, because this will allow blaziken to follow enemies mid fight and even KO them easily, leaving them without a chance to breathe.

Pretty stoked about a mobile all rounder with the blaze kick. That range is pretty good.

The range on focus blast looks so good! I think it’ll pick up some crazy last hits if an enemy manages to escape your combo and if not the slow is great!

I'm still the most excited for mimikyus release, but after seeing that you can change movesets on the fly I'm definitely hyped for blaziken

The move I’m most excited about is this mon moving into my favorite Pokémon slot. But also that Unite Move stance change is wild.

so pumped for a new mon after the mew2s! overheat reminds me of that one move ganondorf does in smash that is also a big strong leg move, and I can't wait to miss the attack all the time :)

Hi Jake! I noticed that when you were using Overheat and Eject Button together, that you'd end up Overheating in the direction of the eject instead of in the original move aim direction. Is that because you use the move follows movement direction setting, or does it always do that regardless of settings?

I really like the fact that using the unite move changed the moves’ set so with an energy amplifier will be able to constantly hit with moves…

i was just thinking buddy barrier would actually be sick with how low cd the ult would be but damn ig im never using that item EVER again. I really like when some lesser used things have strong niches but it seems like you just snooze and pick the same optimal items on almost every pokemon.

I am honestly really excited for Blaziken seeing how stance changers are normally very interesting giving twice as many moves in exchange for their unite. though I do wish they made it more prominent which stance Blaziken is in. its hands are more forward in punch and are behind it in kick, but it doesn't feel noticeable enough. seeing as I don't think you will be paying that close attention to see how Blaziken is walking when its coming at you. obviously Blaziken can change at any point but knowing which moveset he is engaging with is important information for his opponents. I would say making it dependent on which stance Blaziken is in ether its feet or fists will be on fire, still may not be super noticeable but I think it would be better then the almost lack of induction B;aziken currently has.

Okay yeah, I can see why those two items don't work great with Blaziken. Makes sense. I'm tempted to throw curse bangle on it but having muscle, weak and razor on it seems essential. It's a brawling fried chicken.

I'll probably end up using RFS, Razor Claw and Scope Lens to make it more like an assassin. But Cursed Bangle, Weakness Policy and even Drain Crown look interesting. Depends on how fast it can kill.
