This arc is called Fake Karakara Town Arc although you can all call it the Arrancar Arc. And underrated arc right before TYBW is Lost Agent Arc

The main theory is that since Aizen could control all their senses, he was stopping them from hearing Ichigo until it was too late

So that’s one thing but also as far as a I know it has a wide range and needs to be carefully used (we will see it in the new arc)

His Bankai, although powerful, has a lot of downsides and probably would not work on Aizen

Shunsui's bankai is uhum uhum let's say it can't be used when comrades or people he cares for are around. Ull see it in the TYBW arc. Wait for the 4th course of the anime. Also Aizen is a natural talent of his own. Him n Yamamoto r the only ones that have a score of 596/600 when considering all the stats available for a shinigami n remember this is Aizen that has a hogyoku inside of him even tho it doesn't seem to have completely woken up at this point it still might be affecting Aizen's already natural high spiritual pressure. So there r many reasons.

Funny thing even if they tried to jump him, he'd still defeat them easily, thanks to his insane intellect and terrifying Kyokasuigetsu.

Why don't you have Captains vs. Top 3 Espada man? It's insane not having them. Soi Fon vs. Barragan is one of the best ever! You're a voluntarily loser ma guy! Honorable mention for The 3 Beasts's Allon rampage. Chimera Parca, loved that.

Aizen is not kind of cool, he is the coolest and the BEST. Gigachad big brain Aizen playing 5D chess on everyone lmao. Everyone else is cool too put they pale in comparison to the coolness of Aizen.
