awesome tutorial! works in 3.2, mask is just separated from vertex weight edit. other than that it works..

Video is 2 years old, blender has definitely gotten a lot of updates since the video was made so I'm not suprised it doesnt work. Saw a comment saying it works in 3.4 so you could downgrade to that version
