are there any options for sacrificing quality in order to reduce bake times? Which parameters are the most expensive in baking?

To speed up the baking process reduce noodles.

im having an issue where the noodle would ragdoll in only 2 directions, in my case X and Z axis. However, they don't ragdoll in all directions like yours in the video. I've followed your instructions and inputs clearly, is there anything im doing wrong?

Sorry but it's really difficult to follow a blind tutorial like this. There are so many steps that you asume that we can predict blindly. Some king of mouse/keyboard input imprint could be great to improve the following of your tutorials even if you don't wanna narrate what you are doing.
