Loving your work on this and am enjoying your updates. Looked a good idea using some tubing the way you did to reinforce your rear sill stand plates. Still a bit scary watching the angle grinder action without a guard on it tho 😳 Fair play for cracking on in a marque in the dark nights too 👍

thanks for your comment Iain351. Yes I have memories from years ago where I saw a Mk2 escorts stand tubes collapse in front of me. luckily no one injured or under the car! ....Hence the heavy duty option I used + the way the car it setup up there was little choice in design. I appreciate your concern with the angle grinder too.
