Cris, it looks great! One thing bothers me. Don't know if others have noticed or if it bothers them too. When you do these jobs for people, we know it's because it is what is in your heart to do, and that's beautiful. It's the literal trash that you are left to pick up in these yards. If I knew that someone was coming to do this generous service for me free of charge, I'd make sure all trash/debris was picked up before you arrived. Maybe that's just me but I would do everything I could to help as much as I could. I don't know their story, it just seems to be a recurring thing you run into.
