The song Fire Team Harmony was listening to in the opening was the Italian opening for MLP: FiM, which I think is a lot better than the English one, with actual singing, much better musical backing, and a lot more energetic animation. It feels a lot more anime-esque than the "show for primary school girls" vibe than the opening we've got gives off.

I liked most peoples reaction to this and it's a fine video... lots of Starlight Glimmer dissing, though. Starlight is a fine character and I see no reason why she shouldn't be in the show. Ou yea, I liked JaxBlade, Dusty and Viva Reverie in this reaction (my personal top 3)

The sun, however, doesn't necessarily HAVE to represent Princess Celestia. Back in the second episode of season 1 it was established that Pinkie's grandmother helped her overcome the darkness that was scaring her. The sun also overcomes the darkness, in a different sense. So Pinkie's grandmother is represented by the sun, maybe. The rainbow represents either Rainbow Dash or her Sonic Rainboom; it was only after this that Pinkie began utilizing her latent zaniness and performing such strange acts. It was ALSO established back in season 3's third episode that Pinkie's grandmother told her the legend of the Mirror Pool, which can make *2* of something, and presumably was never used by Pinkie Pie until after the Sonic Rainboom. So, in a way...Princess Celestia retroactively predicted Season 3, episode 3? Probably just a stupid coincidence or me overthinking things way too much, but I couldn't get it out of my head.

Forgive me as I wasn't around during the premiere of season 7, were the first 2 episodes of the season not aired together? I thought they would have covered both episodes if that was the case. On the subject of Starlight, I quickly got over who she was, and who she's become is a pretty awesome character IMO. The Starlight hate I saw here reminds me of the earlier season's Rarity hate, people found a moment were she did something they didn't like, and then preceded to ignore any of her good moments in favor of shitting on her. To each their own, but what has Starlight done so wrong lately?

Hm, I didn't think All Bottled up was better, I think it was terrific and a great start for Starlight season 7 edition, but I think Celestia Advice felt like the best continuation of season 6.

I think the one thing you should understand is that all the Starlight hate is based off of the fact that the fandom gets so annoyed with the constant reformations and the reason they feel more hate for her than Discord, Luna & the Changelings is because they made her basically a new main character. Now that isn't to say that villains can't be reformed into a main character. Look at Zuko from Avatar TLA. But the reason Starlight isn't like Zuko in this case is because Zuko was shown to progressively grow against the true antagonist throughout the second season. It gave the audience hope that he would reform and join Aang because they needed him to. This isn't the same thing with Starlight because it took literally, not even the two-parter, but just the last half of the last episode of season 5 to present her motives for becoming a dictator and she almost immediately accepted reformation. That was a huge slap in the face to the audience. And you might argue that Discord was the same way, but as season 4 confirmed, that one episode of Discords reformation wasn't enough to completely do the job. We knew something would happen and the result was the season 4 finale. Thats when he truly became good. And I understand that there jokes could go a little too far, but just remember that it's all just for the sake of humor. Not all jokes will be soft built puns. But I do understand that the Starlight should have died jokes were too far and thats something they should work on. But all in all, when they make most of these hate jokes on Starlight (and Trixie), just try not to get to offended and just laugh it off because all in all, its My Little Pony.

I think the biggest motivation for shipping Twilight and Starlight one could have would probably be that the alternative is Trixie, who basically tried to kill herself when Starlight didn't deliver a single time. That's not a good sign. But then again it was a moral episode so she's probably fine now?

Starlight, however, has never really seemed to see Trixie as any more than a BFF, the first stepping stone to a new life, with new friends, and new experiences. A confidant, who can understand her on a personal level, but isn't much, if any, more special to Starlight than any of her other friends thus far. To Starlight, Trixie is her gay best friend...who unambiguously wants to fuck her, or *be* fucked by her, though Starlight also doesn't seem to realize Trixie's feelings. To me, none of Starlight's relationships seem particularly exemplary, at least not on her part, with the solitary exception of maybe Twilight, whose relationship seems similar to, albeit less maternal than, Twilight and Celestia's relationship. Sorry, if I sunk anyone's ship, but I really don't think there was much to sink in the first place. Wow, now I feel even more sorry for Trixie...

I think most of them exaggerate their hate for Starlight for comedy, but it's getting old, in my opinion. They mostly rated the episode a 7 to an 8 out of ten, though Viva gave it a 4. They share their real opinions in the Bonus videos.

At this point, I feel like there are two different boats the fandom's in. The fandom of the past and the fandom of the future. The people who liked the show for what it was but dislike what it's become, and the people who still like the show now. For me this was the most forgetable Bronies react yet. Honestly with all the Starlight dissing, I am tired of it. I want these guys to entertain me, not bore me to sleep. If you don't like something in a show, what you do is turn it around and make it funny. Josh Scorcher has done that as well as others, but Race and others, they're just not fun to watch anymore. Hell, I am considering now watching their next react video and that's sad. Hell their reaction to episode 100 was shorter than this and it was funny as hell.
