@@friendofbts3398 It's definitely more of a mental shift. Always knowing what to say usually happens outside of yourself and when you're giving the person you're speaking to your full attention. Not thinking about things like "what should I say next", "was that the right thing to say" and etc. It's literally just getting outside of your head which does require a little bit of getting used to but anyone can learn if you practice it often despite it being a little awkward in the beginning.
