Nvm what he can afford, to me it would seem the people around just don't care about him, and will put in minimal effort to leech off what they can.

If it's been 3 weeks since you hit 100K, they'll usually open up a confirmation ticket, but nowadays, you usually have to contact them first. Always i listen to him i would like to cry , with those eyes i can see and he cant. Only thing that cheers me up is that hes been blind since birth. I dont know that but i can feel it trough hes positive energy and skill to act in every situation, or hes really good at adaptations. He got me wondering about superpowers again. Respect, cheer up always, no matter what!
