Madrid, Barcelona, Milan, Bayern consistently brought big names, undisputed squads in different eras where City's success just only started a decade ago. Even City is not the biggest club in England overally because Manchester United, Liverpool, Chelsea have better records untill now. If City keep perform like this for a decade more, then it can be possible for them.
