Out of all the BGE shorts, I have to say that “Mystery-Voice” is my favorite. I just had a good laugh finding out Applejack was behind the mic doing all those voice’s and she did put those to good use, telling The Hearth’s Warming Eve story; that was cool.

Well, we did see Applejack fake a pretty convincing posh accent in 'Cutie Mark Chronicles' and 'Simple Ways', and she did it way better than Rarity's attempt at a country dialect in the latter episode. So I guess there's some hint for her talent for doing voices. Though honestly, I think the whole short was just Ashley Ball having fun.

Didn't care for "The Great Escape Room" at all. It's simply mean-for-lulz, and a mere locked barn door would never have stopped Twilight, Dashie or AJ for a second. Thank Celestia Pinkie comes off better in "Triple Dare Ya." And props to "Mystery Voice;" I was pretty sure it was going to be Spike goofing (once again) in front of the mic without realizing it was hot. This was a pleasant--if somewhat disorienting--surprise.

Great escape was a waste. See if this were ed edd n eddy then the fear factor would mean more since they get fucked up brutally in most episodes. But this is my little pony and a girl's show so the fear factor is obviously gonna be very nonexistent to anyone over 7. My point is that in something like ed edd n eddy when they do surprises like this you can expect something worth the hype no matter what the result is because shows like that aren't limited like shows like mlp despite aiming at the same age group. Even in teen titans go, a show i don't give a damn about, i know i can expect some kind of harm to befall the characters because that show doesn't limit itself.
