I could see this being useful if you make removable "component plates", like he shows in the video. You load up the plate with all the required feeders, trays and components on a seperate desk with easy access. Once you're done, you install that plate into the machine, open the covers and let it do it's work. This could even be useful if you do a lot of job switching on the machine. So you could have different component plates that are job specific, and just load the plates that the current job needs. Has the extra benefit that you can prepare components for another job, while the machine is actually busy, reducing downtime of the machine.
