I like it, i think what Blink is trying to do with this album is to please us, the older fans and at the same time, they want to get to the new ones, i think is awesome. After so many things happened, the band goes on :)

People we just have to live with the fact that Tom isn't coming back. And it's unfair to judge them based on the fact that he isn't part of the band anymore. Tom wasn't the band. He had a unique part to play in it and made it enjoyable but the fact of the matter is he didn't wanna commit to it fully anymore. Don't judge the music because he's not part it. Besides last time he was part of the band you all complained t sounded too much like Angels & Airwaves. I think Matt is doing an awesome job.

I will probably be hated for saying this, but I have a feeling that, based on the tracks we have heard, California is going to be the "Force Awakens" of Blink 182. Very familiar and using the same formula as before only not as good. Using its own legacy to bring in the attention. If this was some band that wasn't Blink, I wouldn't care about the songs and pass it off as another generic pop punk band. I never realized that George Lucas not being involve with Star Wars is weirdly similar to Tom not being involved with Blink. Although both leaving is probably for the best. Everyone is going to love it upon release, but quickly realize it doesn't stand out compared to the rest. It will most likely be above average (not bad at all), but nothing that I would consider amazing.

I'm really liking the dynamic between Mark and Matt in this song. Awesome harmonies.

I actually love the voice crack at 2:32, you can tell it was for dramatic effect.

I love Matt's vocals in the 2nd verse. They're so good.

Don't forget Travis at one point was a new band member when he replaced the original drummer.

Souds so nice in my hears ♥ When I listen to Blink-182's songs I feel like I get reunited with the child inside of me and remember what's truly important... To live a life full of love and enjoy every moment like I'm doing it for the last time.

This is my favourite Blink 182 song! I know it's very different than what they used to make, and I love their older stuff, but this song is just so powerful! It's one of those songs that you have to blast through your headphones at full volume to really get the listening experience.

Mark first verse vocals, Matt second verse vocals... I hope it won't be like that for the rest of the album, that would be way too predictable.

"I miss Tom" okay, we all miss him but he made a decision and as he has said 1000 times 1. he hasn't left the band permanently and 2. it must be hard for Mark, Travis and Matt to see this comment on every fucking thing they do, they are working hard and they deserve some respect... I like this song, so much! But is a rare fusion of elements. Alternative Rock intro, a little 2000's Pop Punk riffs, verses too, chorus sound like Simple Plan style (very pop), one part of vocals only, and song structure is so influenced by Goldfinger (John Feldmann was producer of this). Song with combination of things more blink-182 attitude. I like it!

Best song on the album for me. Love the bit where Matt comes in at 1:01 (I'm probably biased as a huge Trio fan haha)

for you who do not know anything about blink's style of music, pay attention between 2:48 to 3:00.. this is completely new music style from blink182. They are learning to make new and nice things thanks to Matt. This song has new ingredients that blink wouldnt bother to perform before.

i honestly really love this song. it's catchy and fun to sing along to but it still has that "pop punk vibe" that blink-182 has always accomplished.

I can see now that Tom was the source of most of the creativity in the band.

Over a month later and I still think this song is catchy as heck. I don't get the complaints.

I don't care what anybody says, this song grows on you after a few listens and I've been listening to blink for a long time. But everyone is entitled to their own opinion so if you don't like it, that's fine, nobody is stopping you from listening to old blink. I can't wait to see what the rest of this album is going to be like!

Skiba kills it in this. Blink fans are lucky to have him in the band, he's a big upgrade IMO. Tom and Mark are good songwriters and decent singers, but Skiba is a great songwriter and a GREAT singer.

One of my favourite and most relatable Blink songs

Just kind of feel like it sounds the way other bands sounded when blink had the edge back in the early 2000s. You listened to blink because they just didn't sound like regular pop punk/ punk rock. It's not bad, it's just not satisfying.

I wasn't so sure about this on the first listen, but I have to admit that it's definitely a grower!
