Don't try to protect anyone here. That was total rubbish and it has nothing to do with sound check, they just can't do any better. Also the sound check has to go well as it's all about fine tuning but apparently you've never been to a sound check before.

wishing well is not over m+ms... all blink songs are good, old and new, skate punk or alternative. Its good that the new blink play a mix of their albums.

Tom is a terrible singer. This is a soundcheck, he probably hardly knows the song. Watch any video of him at an actual concert singing one of the old songs. He sounds SO much better than Tom.

Yes it's not blink without Tom, what needs to happen is that , Mark needs to learn all the songs and sing them himself , that's what a true musician would do instead of letting this guy sing a single one.

@@bdGongShow I don't hate Skiba, but Mark clearly made a bad choice in selecting him over literally anyone else who was better adapted to Tom's playing or singing style. Love Matt in Trio, but he is clearly out of his element in Blink. It's also why they won't ever cover some stuff from their old catalog, because Matt just can't play them that well; he can barely even play Carousel without simplifying it.

Killjoys Eternal its not better. Just different. Tom is Tom and cant be replaced. A Good singer who had a high and powerful vocal range could sing Blink songs 100 times better than mark or Tom... but its not the important thing... I dont want to listen to a perfect singer singing Blink songs perfect... I wanna listen to Mark and Tom singing... sometimes better sometimes worst... I saw Blink live in 2012 and they were at least correct. They are a good band to have a good time... a garage band, and Tom likes to sing weird and stupid things XD but it was cool.

For me, Tom is way better at guitar than Matt. Otherwise, Matt’s vocals are better, but contrast poorly with Mark’s.

Adventures in Wonderland will email you with a time to meet at the venue and check you in. They lead everyone with VIP into soundcheck first which was a lot less than I had expected. They were cool with taking pics and video. Once soundcheck was finished they lead the lower level VIP back outside and took us to the photo area. They let the highest level go first (there were only 10 of these) and the Board to Death package in next(50-60 tops). They will do the same come time to go into the venue. Not all of these will have pit access and most will head to the merch first. Odds of getting barricade in front of Skiba... GOOD. ;) I hope this helps.

I don't think Bored to Death people get posters so I should be fine with a small bag, right?

You don't have to camp out at all. I rolled up 15 mins until time to check in because it was so unbearably hot that day. Definitely didn't want to meet the guys all hot and sweaty. We actually DID get an autographed poster with the Bored to Death package. It's small (maybe 14x20?). I took a couple of rubber bands with me JUST in case, but they did allow us to go back to the car/go get food before they let us in the show (We had about an hour). I opted to hop back in the line at the gate to be at the front of the VIP line for early entry, but then you have to worry about that poster the entire time. I brought a small messenger bag with a gallon zip lock bag I wrapped the poster in and tossed over the barricade to protect it. The second band ended up flinging water so it was a good thing I had it wrapped. In hindsight I'd go put the damn thing in the car. Haha. Anyways, the rest of the package... you get the cd, a Famous sticker, a (looked like a pencil bag) zip bag of the album artwork, a keychain, and limited edition hologram ticket.

I was worried because I'm going alone and didn't have anyone to hold the line so I could pee! Your idea of the zip lock and messenger bag are great. I'm definitely doing that! I've also heard that Bored to Death people get a photo with the band, too, but it wasn't part of the package so I was confused. Huge Alk3 fan and grew up on Blink so this is like a dream come true!!

Wait.... Oh man, I think I confused the packages and told you wrong. Looking on Adventures In Wonderland's website... Feeling This and Everything Is Going To Be Fine got to go back with the band. Board to Death will get the merch I told you minus the poster and go in for soundcheck. They enter the venue according to the package prices in that order. I am SO sorry I told you wrong!
